FAB is structured by the methodology I have created through embodying and embracing my Feminine Authority. By shining a light on my dark sides and continuing to grow from them, and using these lessons, I have learned to guide others to their lights.
I provide workshops, programs, tools, and educational resources inside this program, alongside a community of fellow babes inside our group community app.
What You Can Expect Inside:
Each of us houses spaces and versions of ourselves that hold us back from playing in our higher level. These limiting mindsets have been created by us sometime from birth to now through family, society, education, environment, etc.
Inside FAB, you will find these versions of our self limiting spaces categorized into four universal personas. Each of us may have all, or some of these personas within us, but we all tend to lean a little more towards one in particular.

You begin inside FAB with a quick quiz to learn which of these Self-Limiting Archetypes you align with most to take you through a journey of self discovery, releasing, self love, and a new path towards your deepest desires with pre-recorded workshops and resources inside each of these categories.
Our first step inside the membership is identifying where you are at and meeting yourself there honestly and openly. Unless you can identify your current internal glass ceilings, you won’t know what needs to be fixed to smash through that and what gaps need to be filled to move forward.
Our second step is transitioning into a space of exploration and solving. This is provided in the form of video trainings, workbooks, tools and resource libraries, example videos, guest expert interviews and so much more that you’ll find inside the membership, specifically speaking to your Self-Limiting Archetype. The best part? These are available and ready for you at any time! There are no limitations, no start/stop, no forced homework. Just you enjoying the process of learning how to overcome the spaces keeping you from reaching your higher levels of success on your own time!
Along the way, you get to plug into a community at your fingertips through the community app, Geneva! This is a community of individual women with the common goal to all be better versions of ourselves. Providing encouragement, love, and empowerment to turn to as you are navigating this space of growth.
Finally, you will take action! With intentional action items and plans built into the program and fun exercises released inside the community to guide you to taking focused action towards your goals and finally breaking out of that sit and wait place.

I have such a passion for this membership and bringing soul-lifting energy to women, because I have been in your shoes. I have walked where you’re walking, and I know the feelings you’re more than likely repressing.
I was living full steam ahead in my masculine energy, feeling like I had to outrun every “competitor” and never slowing down. I was drained, constantly on edge, constantly on the defense, constantly worried about what everyone thought of me, and never feeling good enough or unfulfilled at any achievement. I had allowed myself to believe everything society told me I needed to be a successful woman.
When I discovered the beauty of feminine authority, of slowing down, building from intention, breathing, attracting, following my intuition (that I had shut down so long ago) and never chasing, it felt like a complete paradigm shift.
You mean I was allowed to attract success, wealth, love, joy without burning myself out? Without putting other women down? Without doing something I don’t enjoy?
You mean I was allowed to play in my next level, and level up again and again and it was allowed to feel fun, and easy, and warm?
Not to mention, finally staying at my next level, because I finally felt safe and at peace and worthy to be there!
I knew I was hitting a point of a complete shift when things not only felt good in my life, my business, and my relationships but I felt aligned to every element I was calling in, and compelled to meet my higher self, not run from her.
Healing work leads to becoming a match for your higher self and being willing to walk through the uncomfortable spaces to get there.
