I am an entrepreneur, a mother, a wife, and so many more titles.

 

I was once the burnt out business woman, with her head down - full steam ahead, all masculine energy drive feeling like I had to outrun every “competitor” and never slowing down. Drained, constantly on edge, constantly on the defense, constantly worried what everyone thought of me, and constantly never feeling good enough.

I now like to describe myself as the intuitive, high-achieving, family obsessed, adventure loving, fiesty babe who learned to free herself through her embodiment of her feminine authority; and desire so much to do the same for others. 

I share my methods from lived and embodied experiences that combine deep and intentional mindset reframing work with practical tools and resources.
